Hello new subscribers! Thank you for being here! 🤗

If kindness were intelligence, we would measure KQ instead of IQ.

If kindness were intelligence, we would teach elementary kids how to practice mindfulness, listening, and loving speech.

If kindness were intelligence, we would teach middle schoolers journaling, guiding them from their inner critics to their inner coaches.

If kindness were intelligence, we would teach high school students how to choose a volunteer organization they felt drawn to, a required course in Giving Back.

If kindness were intelligence, we would teach college students unconditional positive regard, transparency, and genuineness.

If kindness were intelligence, we would measure work performance with KPIs: Kindness Performance Indicators.

If kindness were intelligence, we would train managers in healthy group dynamics, with a heavy pour on altruism and universalism.

If kindness were intelligence, we would judge wealth by how much you give away.
